One point of contact for grounds, snow, turns, and maintenance
What we do
Build it, or keep it running — one point of contact for both
General construction
EcoSafe scopes, bids, coordinates permitting where required, and manages the work with a vetted network of trade subcontractors — one point of contact from first bid to final walkthrough. Work remains subject to applicable local licensing and permit requirements.
- Remodels & renovations
- Additions & build-outs
- Residential & commercial projects
Scope, permitting, and trade licensing depend on the jurisdiction and the project — we confirm both before work begins.
Landscaping & grounds
Recurring upkeep that keeps a property presentable through the season.
- Lawn care & mowing
- Seasonal cleanups
- Weed & grass abatement
Snow & ice management
Seasonal snow clearing and ice control for safe access — planned ahead of the season, so clearing happens when it is needed.
Cleaning & turns
Turnover, short-term-rental, and common-area cleaning that keeps units ready and shared spaces presentable.
Property maintenance
The keep-it-running work between the scheduled services.
- Routine upkeep for managed and multifamily properties
- Small capital & improvement projects within confirmed scope
Service availability and trade-specific licensing requirements depend on location and project scope.
Real work
One of our own remodels, mid-project
These are photographs from a Powder River Development Group remodel — our own crew’s work, not stock. Every frame is the job partway through rather than a finished result, because the middle is where you can actually see how something is being put together.

How we work
Honest scoping, dependable follow-through
01
Tell us about the property
Location, property type, the service you need, and preferred timing — sent by email.
02
We confirm scope and capacity
We let you know honestly whether the request is within our current service area and capability.
03
We schedule, complete, and follow up
Recurring or one-time, coordinated around your property — with follow-up so recurring needs stay on schedule.

Who we serve
Properties that look cared-for, season after season
If you manage properties — an HOA, a multifamily community, a set of short-term rentals — the hard part usually isn’t any single job. It’s keeping five vendors straight. EcoSafe handles the grounds, the cleaning, the maintenance, and the small projects in between — all of it, one relationship.
For property managers & HOAs
One relationship for construction and property care.
Property managers, HOA boards, and multifamily operators are the work we know best. We handle recurring services on a schedule you can plan around, with one point of contact instead of several vendors.
EcoSafe Solutions is the property-services division of Powder River Development Group, a veteran-owned outfit. The idea here is almost boring on purpose: show up, do the work, and keep it on a schedule you can plan around.
What one relationship covers
- Recurring landscaping and grounds maintenance
- Seasonal snow and ice management
- Turnover, short-term-rental, and common-area cleaning
- General maintenance and small projects
We confirm scope and capacity honestly before we start.
Where we work
Serving Colorado & Wyoming
We work the Front Range corridor across both states — Cheyenne and Laramie on the Wyoming side, Fort Collins and Greeley through Northern Colorado, and east to Sterling and Fort Morgan, along with the towns in between. Greeley and Weld County is the busiest part of it. Tell us your property’s city and we will confirm whether it is within current capacity.
